No refunds are provided for partial months or unused portions of a subscription period
We reserve the right to terminate your subscription for breach of these terms without refund
Trade signals are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice
You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and any losses incurred
Subscription access is non-transferable and may not be shared with third parties

5. Investor Portal Access

Access to the investor portal is granted solely at our discretion following NDA execution
All information accessed within the investor portal is subject to the terms of the mutual NDA signed between you and TushJunior
You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any information accessed through the investor portal without prior written consent
We reserve the right to revoke investor portal access at any time without prior notice
